On behalf of the FTC and in cooperation with local law enforcement, The team assisted the appointed Receiver in planning and conducting an early morning raid on a fraudulent business promoting online health supplements.
As a result, electronic systems were seized, preserved and maintained for operational purposes. Subsequent data analysis allowed for restitution for victims throughout the United States and the preservation of evidence to bar the perpetrators from further activity and to disgorge them of profits.
