Recently a company in the extractive industry of strategic significance to the US was being forced out of business by Chinese anti-competitive activities.  

We were able to support the CEO to develop an intelligence program to understand the nature of the bribery which was resulting in the loss of the company’s local business authorizations.   

We liaised with the logistics command of the Pentagon, the National Security Council, Commerce, Treasury, and the US Embassy on the ground.   We leveraged the US diplomatic offices to apply political pressure.  Throughout it all, we managed a strategic communications campaign to keep the spotlight on the issue.   In the end, our client received a new mining license and preserved their competitive position,
